Organized Ink uses top brands from our leading apparel manufacturers (Alpha Broder, OneStop, Jiffy, just to name a few). Brands include but are not limited to; Gildan, Jerzee, Hanes, Bella/Canvas, Next Level, Fruit of the Loom & more! Additionally we offer all content mixes - 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton/polyester, 100% polyester, nylon, and more. 

All of our printing is done with state of the art transfers. We specialize in plastisol ink screen printing, digital printing, and heat transfer vinyl. All printing is priced by square inch. 

 

VINYL:

• Priced per sq inch 

• 0.02 per sq inch. So a 40 sq inch center chest logo will cost $0.56.

• Vinyl Jobs - Limited to 2 color max, $1 extra for additional color.

• Vinyl Jobs are for quantities of 10 or less. Larger quantities can be discussed for appropriate quoting. 

 

Digital Prints - Computer Aided Design (CAD) PRINT: 

• Priced per sq inch.

• Unlimited colors

• Digital Ultra Color Max (UCM) - $0.06 per square inch.

 

Screen Print (Plastisol Ink): 

• Priced per sheet

• 6 transfers required 

• Priced by color

• We typically substitute plastisol ink printing with Digital Printing. See the Ultra Color Max info above

• If you prefer plastisol ink, call for pricing per sheet

People always ask, what does an order cost? The answer is, each order is specific to the customer and very customary. Here is what we can tell you - 

 

Minimum order quantity that we accept is 10

 

We embellish using screen print, digital print or vinyl, depending on your jobs.

 

Most jobs start at about: 

 

• $12 per for traditional cotton short sleeve (100% cotton) for a 10x10 center logo

 

• $13 per soft-style short sleeve (special blend) for a 10x10 center logo

 

• $22 per for hoodies for a 10x10 center logo

 

• $11 per polos (with 4 inch left chest logo)

 

• $17 per long sleeve tees for a 10x10 center logo

 

The variables that will affect pricing are:

 

• Quantity

• Sizes that are 2x and up

• Designing

• Number of colors in design (applies to screen and vinyl only)

• Apparel content type (cotton only or blended)

• More than one logo embellished on the garment (front, back, sleeve, etc)

• Vectorizing (making your design print ready)

• Shipping

• Etc
